Family Stabilization Program
Life’s emergencies don’t wait and neither do we. The Family Stabilization Program provides critical support to individuals and families in Logan and Kanawha Counties who are facing unexpected crises and lack the resources to recover on their own.
We offer assistance during both large-scale disasters and personal emergencies, helping families regain stability when they need it most.
Examples of support include:
- Hot meals and shelf‑stable food
- Emergency lodging
- Utility assistance
- Medication support (non‑narcotic maintenance medications)
- Clothing and basic necessities
Funding for this program is provided through the Community Services Block Grant and trusted community partners.
